Unhelpful and unprofessional when called for a second time regarding a repeat prescription. Everything seems to be someone else's fault and no interest in listening to why the "system" doesn't always work.
Have been with Wellspect for a number of years, I have always found that any member of staff that answers the phone are always there too help, and have a very polite phone manner. Thankyou all J Spreadbury
