I had to take my son to our local Manchester Urgent Care today to be seen for what ended up being an AC joint sprain. We entered the office at 3:30 and were pulling in our driveway at home by 4:12. In that time we were checked in, shown immediately to an examination room, vitals were taken, Dr. M. Terry examined my son, X-rays were completed, and then Dr. Terry came in to review the results and place my son in a sling. 2024 Update: Stay far away. The urgent care is open again, but is SEVERELY understaffed. There's only one doctor on duty. Go to Patient First on Market St (462) or elsewhere. You'll save yourself a lot of time. Second update just a few hours later: we were told 45 minutes to be seen. That wasn't entirely true. It was 45 minutes to be triaged... there were still 8 people ahead of us to be seen that were still waiting in rooms. I bring my family here the whole was from Red Lion. They are the nicest.
1st time here today and was in and out in about 35 minutes! Front desk lady was super nice, as well as my nurse and the physician assistant who saw me
My husband was sick with a stomach virus, cough & cold this past week. Today he was complaining of left chest & left back pain especially when coughing..as the day went on he complained the pain was worse so I decided to take him to urgent care for an Xray to r/o pneumonia..from checking in at front desk, we were taken back right away..he was given a EKG & Xray..everyone was very nice and treated him with kindness being he was not feeling well.and my nerves were on edge..test were negative and he's going on an antibiotic..th... read more
