I bring my family here from Red Lion. They are the nicest.
Just took our 16 month old there tonight because he had high fever, cough and wheeze and we got there at 7:45 they checked us in quickly and saw us and I’m so impressed with how thorough Nick the PA was and how kind the rest of the staff was too they covered everything and really made sure we didn’t leave without treatment and meds so grateful for their care and concern
They should fire all the incompetent employees in this center. They just gossip and find ways not to do their job while patients come there and wait to get medical service. Shut this place down, wellspan is wasting money and ruining reputation with this site. This place is a joke and nobody should hire anyone who worked at this location. They don’t deserve to be in the medical care field and get paid.
I have had nothing but good experiences at Manchester urgent care. My family has used for emergencies and acute illness.
No one wants to go to urgent care on a holiday, but I needed to. It was busy, but the staff was kind and the provider that saw me was super informed, kind, and helpful. Given how busy it was, the wait was very short. Thank you!
