I went to the Shippensburg wellspan urgent care to be seen for back pain. Rachael said she would prescribe a muscle relaxer but it would make me drowsy. I told her my concern that I work overnights and I didn’t want anything to make me drowsy and I asked her if I could take it for a couple days and stop on Sunday when I returned to work. My son was seen at the WellSpan Urgent Care East York location to follow up on a concussion he incurred after an automobile accident. I found Natalie Preston to be very defensive and borderline belligerent to both my son and me. I have never experienced having my concerns (including the request for a simple "doctor's note") held with such high disregard. My experience leaves a stain on the WellSpan name, and I will never leave my health concerns in the hands of Natalie Preston or WellSpan Urgent Care East York.
