Since upmc came local wellspan has been less focused on patients, and im usually very vocal to point that out...SOOOOOO I figured I'd give credit where credit is due after yesterday's experience. My daughter had a surgery and the first nurse was sooooo happy and friendly right out the gate. There was one nurse who was sassy, but excluding her everyone was amazing.
