Just called the office back after they left me a voicemail. "Barb" at the front desk was confrontational and beyond bothered that I asked her name and had questions regarding scheduling and how long it would take to hear back from inquiries. I asked because I got burned in recent experiences where because I didn't get a name, I wasn't believed and I generally would like to know how much further this would push back my appointment. I go there for my labs they're usually quick and easy.
Avoid Dr. Chen, terrible experience. Recently moved to area and wanted a local PCP. Office staff was very friendly.
