I didn't like the attitude of the "therapist" named Kiefer from the start. I suffer from a lot of body pain, and he insisted I tell him where it hurt. He tried to minimize my pain and condition by saying it happens to everyone. He asked me if I needed a translator, and I replied that it wasn't necessary since I speak several languages. He continued asking the same questions as if he spoke perfect English without being British. Is it actual thing for a healthcare provider to hold an office meeting during business hours? How do you have a waiting room full of patients then decide now is the perfect time for a 30 minute office meeting? Absolutely unacceptable.
