I saw a young child, frightened and crying, being held down by multiple security guards while crying for his stuffed animal which they would not give back to him. They use seclusion here, even on small children (I was on the children's unit at first then moved to the adult) it is barbaric and vile. And on the adult unit you have to "earn" the "privilege " of not being confined to the unit and going to group. It is appaling. This place is a disgrace. Do not send loved ones here.

My therapist is Michael Farrell from the DBT program is the best therapist that I have ever had in my life. He is very professional and validating. Do you want a therapist who you feel heard with? He is your therapist. I have worked with him for over 6 months in individual therapy and group therapy. I have changed my whole life around because of help from him. My experience not impressed. Had 2 attempted video visits and I had problems. They state that if video visit fails that counselor will call you with number provided. Both times, NO attempt to call. One counselor was Marco??, apparently he didn't care or he would of attempted to call me.
