Dr Khera and her nurse Ms Luann are the absolute BEST. They both always greet us with a smile. The level of their compassion and care speaks volumes of their character . Dr Khera always provides her utmost attention and focus on myself and my child. She really listens to you , and takes as much time is needed. I have never felt rushed. The facility is very clean and tidy . I would absolutely recommend this office.
Awful group of physicians. Showed very little care/concern for my child's health. The term "standard care" was used quite often, as they just continually upped my son's dosage of medication (while his health deteriorated before our eyes). Two seizures in 10 months, off medication. 7 seizures in 6 weeks on it. Gave zero thought to further testing and covered each other's rear ends from any culpability. Gave little to no insight on his condition, and constantly put the decisions in our hands.
The office staff here is very rude and uneducated. The person that is responsible for being the team lead, Marley is a very rude person and doesn’t have any respect for patients. She decide to invent her own laws and rules which I didn’t know wellspan would allow. Please go elsewhere if you want to be respected
