This office is fantastic. Dr. Stein and his entire staff are incredible. They have always been kind, compassionate, and you can tell they really care for their patients.
Very disappointing experience here honestly. We saw Cynthia, for suspected seizures in my child. After she saw the records, she asked me about my history and looked at the videos, she insisted my daughter had autism, was extremely unprofessional telling me and I quote “I recommend you don’t do any more testing on your child” when I asked for an MRI because that wasn’t done yet, she said it was not worth the risk, the very small risk of sedation, but I guess her possibly having a seizure is better than taking that small risk ... read more
My name is sarah My child has epilepsy, this is a second opinion office for me, when calling to get all the information needed i spoke to abby, she was so pleasent and well educated, with that being said i was very comfortable moving foward with based on her personable information. Based on just introduction with abby in reception i feel positive moving foward with care.
Dr Khera and her nurse Ms Luann are the absolute BEST. They both always greet us with a smile. The level of their compassion and care speaks volumes of their character . Dr Khera always provides her utmost attention and focus on myself and my child. She really listens to you , and takes as much time is needed. I have never felt rushed. The facility is very clean and tidy . I would absolutely recommend this office.
