The check in system is an absolute joke. People who walked in after me were called back before me. When I questioned it, the staff was rude and condescending, because my time doesn't matter. Right, Wellspan? If you like waiting longer than you should, so other people who walked in after you can get seen first, then this is the perfect place to go.
Today 6/20/17 was my 2nd time coming to ready care. And both time all I waited was less than an hour. Staff is very courteous and very helpful to all my needs I will definitely come again if I have to. thank you to all for all you do.
I stood in line 10 minutes to check in, sat another 50 in the waiting room, then another hour in the office. Then the doctor forgot to phone in my prescription. HORRIBLE! Never again!
Depending on who the doctor is will determine your visit. Some of the doctors have NO bedside manner while several others are very good!! The wait can be brutally long (which can't be helped) but overall ~ it's a good place to go for non-emergency events.
The staff that was working this morning. 6/10/17. You all did a great job. Wellspan should be very proud of the service that you provide. Thank you very much for a job well done. Keep doing what you all do.
It is very bad service, I waited for three hours with my daughter who had a temperature of 104 and when the doctor came for five minutes, then he sent a nurse to us to continue talking any medicine for high fever.
We didn't wait long, but line was getting busy with people that should have been seen by a family doctor, one was there for a physical.
Pretty quick less thn hour from begging to the very end
