Overall I had a great experience on the GYN side of this facility. The staff, nurses, and doctor were all very nice and the process was quick and efficient. I only had to wait a few minutes before they called me back for my appointment. The facility is relatively small but clean. I'm not typically a huge fan of WellSpan but I plan on continuing to go here!
I had a great experience on the GYN side. The facility was nice, I did not wait long, maybe three minutes before I was called back. All the staff from the front desk to the the nurse who checked me in was extremely friendly and professional. My provider, Kaitlyn Bingaman, PA-C was amazing! She was super knowledgeable and personable which made the experience that much better. Staff members are VERY rude and unfriendly. This is my very first pregnancy so I was expecting to feel a little bit more comfortable then I did. I had two appointments with the same midwife and it absolutely pushed me away from this office! Definitely wont be using them ever again.
