Friendly people, convenient hours and in and out.
Had a visit scheduled at 11:30am for 3 weeks. Got there the day of, and they said they couldn't do the testing because it was after 10am. The clinic needs to clarify this with patients and not allow them to schedule tests for invalid times.
Wellspan imaging and lab is a little office with some amazing girls and gentlemen. They greet you as soon as you walk in and if they are busy they still acknowledge you. The office is usually slow but there are certain days where it’s busy. Never can tell when it’s there’s busiest. They move you along with a system and purpose. They have a kiosk for appointments only so you don’t have to wait to speak to someone. Once checked in you usually only wait a few minutes to be called back to get whatever gets done. Destinee and Amber did an AMAZING job taking my 7yo daughters blood today. It was her first time ever having her blood drawn and she was quite scared. They were kind, made her comfortable, and she hardly even noticed the needle went in! So grateful for an easy first experience.
