I don't understand why it's a big deal that if a patient has a preference for where blood is drawn that is comfortable for them, or why it's not even considered. I don't appreciate that, or the person taking the sample being smart with me when I asked that. Don't plan on going back to this locaton.
The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Sample collection is quick and as painless as possible. Testing is performed quickly and you will likely have results same-day.
