The lab here is terrible on Saturdays. Old man doing the draws is so ridiculous slow. Sat for over an hour waiting for a simple bloodwork draw. Took him at least 15 minutes per patient. And it's busy Saturday mornings. Think it's time he retires or pick up the pace.
Unbelievable experience, HORRIBLY rude technician, could hardly speak or understand English, did different tests than what I asked him to and he agreed to, and everything took FOREVER, and they wouldn't even finish my tests, said there were other patients waiting. Had to call for directions for what to do, and didn't care that I felt sick afterwards. When I asked for orange juice, he IGNORED ME!! HORRENDOUS experience, will never return here and wouldn't recommend to a dog.
