LOVE Dr. Patel, he's been fantastic and I absolutely love him. But I'm giving a 2 star review because of WellSpan's company as a whole. "For the community", they've decided to drop my insurance because they were demanding a much higher increase in claim payments than anywhere else. They sent out a letter that they were dropping my insurance THE DAY BEFORE they did. I didn't get the letter until AFTER my appointment and no one informed me that I was now out of network.
