Have been pushed from one provider to another multiple (like 4 or 5 times) in the span of a few years due to providers leaving. I've not complained even when I was put with providers who bluntly told me "I can't keep seeing you - this is just because there's noone else (or even once - I don't know why you're on my books) - I'm too busy but you'll be put with whoever we hire". I love this Wellspan. I’ve been going here for years! I saw Dr. Chesney today and all of my needs were addressed and I’m a happy patient.
Office front staff not professional and had been turn away twice over 1 minute late and sat 20 minutes waiting cause kiosk didn’t check me in so they wouldn’t see me which wasn’t my fault ! My dr is a good doctor so I at this point I am ready to leave and spend my money else where …
