Horrible with prior authorizations expect to be without your medication for WEEKS !!! ITS AS IF they do NOT CARE about your health or mental well-being!

Giving this unprofessional place 1 star is far too many! Had a 915 am appointment for 2 vaccines. Waited for over an hour while everyone who came after me kept being called. I finally asked and I was told they are short staffed on nurses and the nurses there are running patients for Doctors. I was treated as though I was a walk in or something. 10 am appointments were being called while I still waited. Then finally I was told they had to get the Dr to write an order for a vaccine and that they didn't even have the other one.... read more
