Always in then out. Everyone is very professional and friendly. Very clean
What an awesome place. The staff is so welcoming and you can truly tell they care. I live an hour away and honestly would drive it again over somewhere closer. Samantha from the lab was amazing, I had an ultrasound ordered and during it you are ordered to pee but also has a urinalysis ordered so I was trying to get both done, unfortunately my bladder was empty after and had asked if they had water so I could complete my UA. They have a water station but ran out of cups and Samantha went and gave me her own water that she bro... read more
I recently had a Cat Scan at this facility. On arrival I was greeted immediately and shown the check in computer which was quick and easy. They offer assistance if needed.Within a few minutes of my scheduled appointment I was taken to the exam room. The two assistants were friendly and explained the procedure. I was given a contrast dye ( for my test) which was painless and a non issue. I would definitely recommend this Wellspan location.
I had my MRI done by Dana and Kelly. They were professional, kind, efficient, patient, and cared for me like I was a family member. It is obvious that they love their work and they made my experience the best that it could possibly be on a day when I was experiencing a lot of discomfort. Thank you !! Sue
