I have contacted wellspan customer support but I had someone reach out to me stating they are rescheduling my appointment because I was diagnosed with COVID last week and they didn't want me to come in. Not "are you still having symptoms, can you wear a mask" just flat out didn't want me to come in. Even though I NEEDED to come in because I needed to see if I had a fracture in my back. Wow, this place is the best! My family practitioner recommended this location. I forget her name, but she was gentle and explained what she was doing. I've had horrible experiences in the past. This is my new place! Thank you!
I like this facility, never had a problem.
Had a good experience. The lady who checked me in was kind and the lady who did my imaging was very nice and told me everything she was doing before she did it.
