Should have looked at reviews before using this practice. Sadly, my experience was same as the other 1 s. Not much more I could add that would be different. Just disgusted with myself for wasting so much time.
Wife was diagnosed with Non Alcohol Related Cirrhosis at Wellspan York Hospital on January 16th. Discharged on January 23rd. Supposed to follow up with a GI doctor. Tried to get an appointment, first appointment available was in June. Scheduled a video conference for March 28th. I was very happy with Dr. Shen. I met him for the first time at York Hospital for my colonoscopy. I had a virtual appt with Jaclyn Hushon, CRNP. I saw my family doctor and explained my symptoms and concerns on 10/3, then scheduled a virtual appt with Jaclyn Hushon 11/24, and colonoscopy 1/29. They are a very busy office but all specialties are very busy. Dr. Shen explained the procedure, knew my past medical history, and explained his findings afterwards. All good.
Can't get an appt. If my insurance took another doctor, I would DEFINITELY go somewhere else! They said they would call me in a few months. We'll see. In the meantime, I suffer!
Would gladly leave zero stars if that were an option. For context: I went into the ER at York for ongoing gastric issues. They referred me to Sunita Daschinger. I met with her, she said she wanted to proceed with testing prior to scheduling a colonoscopy and endoscopy. For context- I have had extreme weight loss over the last year in addition to a myriad of other symptoms.
