Very nice doctor's and staff who are very knowledgeable... But only if you are able to get an appointment. They are so booked and appear to only book out one month that it's impossible to get an appointment. They need to book out farther than a month, a year at the least. Most of my follow-ups are a year and they usually don't happen until a year and six months. Thankfully I am mostly stable since treatment is working. They need a new scheduling department or system desperately.
WellSpan is honestly one of the best health networks we have been a part of. Great doctors and very helpful staff.
Waited in room To be released. Sat there 20 min waiting so walked hallway till one approached me. And went leave no one to handle that. front girl to busy taking patients in. Was not impressed with doc at all. Stuff I already knew. And get this he scheduled me for a surgery i didnt need and somewhat had a year prior . I called and told them what occurred and never called me back!!!! Dissapointing being first time there and I would be afraid to go there knowing I was scheduled for a surgery I didn't need. The staff is nice and kind but they have no sense of urgency and refuse to answer questions as to why whenever I come in I have to wait an extra hour because the doctors or patients run late. They also set me up for a test that ended up being miserable for five days when I was told I wouldn't have any pain. That test then told me information I already knew and the doctors knew they did it for God know why. Test dates are months out as well so good luck getting an appointment anytime soon and remember no matter how early you ... read more
