Would definitely not recommend going here or any Wellspan office. They coded my appointment wrong so my insurance wouldn’t accept it but didn’t disclose any information about that with me until they charged me after the appointment. Tried to kindly ask them to make it right but they blamed me and said it was “what I asked for”. They definitely need better communication. Very crooked and shady. Don't think you're a patient here, you're just a number. Will be surprised if they even respond to this.
Excellent physicians, nice receptionists and clean and immaculate facilities. I have been coming here for health concerns for over 6+ years. Wow.....After reading some of these reviews I had to look twice at the location photo to make sure I was reviewing the right office. I have been a patient of Wellspan for a very long time and feel that they do not care about my pain. All they say is they can't help me. I was hit by a car as I sat in my friends house, my legs were crushed n spine damaged from traumatic impact and from being buried. I have suffered horribly since 2010. I make appointments but get no help or comfort. They have diagnosed me with CRPS chronic regional pain syndrome which is a horrible condition and still nothing. I have never been treated so bad by a Health facility, as I have been by you. I will not return, because of it. I have had bad communication with the staff there. 1. I was scheduled for a doctor visit on today, I was to be transported there by Rabbit Transit, my ride was canceled not by me. I called them, it was totally erased. 2. I was called by someone there, about my lab resolved, I have had an on going issue with being cold, most of the time. 3.
