Dr. Orsadelle is the best. She cares a lot about her patients. She is very kind and a great Doctor
I should preface my review with a few things. I've switched doctors 6 times since 2008. I'm not sure I've ever had a doctor who actually listens, let alone is thorough. Also, billing is a nightmare anywhere you go because insurance convolutes the entire process. I am beyond satisfied (or elated) with the level of care from at least two of the doctors in this practice. Dr Hilliard and Dr Orisadele are amazing. They listen and genuinely seem to care.
I was supposed to have an online video visit and was having connectivity issues… the receptionist called me and put me on hold for a couple minutes. That was fine… no big deal. She said she would get the doctor. She comes back a couple minuites later and tells me I need to reschedule my appointment. At this time, I’m like are you serious right now? I booked this appointment two weeks ago to insure I would be in for a med check on time before I was out of my medicine. I am then told that I need to schedule an in person visit.... read more
