The staff acted irritated the second I walked in. They canceled my appointment over a minor delay, yet I’ve sat in their lobby for nearly an hour on past visits without a single apology. Completely one-sided treatment

Honestly felt more like dealing with a DMV than a medical practice. Staff was robotic, dismissive, and unwilling to work with me at all. Customer service is clearly not a priority here
