Man, I was stressing out about medicine shortages, cvs unable to help. I called over to the doc to see what could be done, and Angie gave me the absolute best patient service I could ask for. She told me she would relay info to doc, and you know what? I believe her completely. Feeling heard and cared for in that moment felt really, really nice. Dr. Barnhardt has been great as well, listens to me and open to whatever I’m willing to try. Great experiences here with prompt service.
New patient to this office, my local wellspan family practice was scheduled out to July. We needed an appointment within a week & they scheduled us where there was appointments available. We got text reminders the night before, showed up to our appointment (had to get my daughter from Hagerstown, drove from Shippensburg, a lot of driving FOR NOTHING) They told us she was not in the schedule.
