After my appointment I just cried in my car. My doctor used to care. But you can tell she doesn't. I waited an hour for her to show up. She was cold and short with me. I really needed her help. She just blew me off. I'm having a very hard time. I wish she would have listened instead of pretty much yelling at me. Iv been seeing her for at least 10 years. She has never been so cold hearted. Great primary physicians. Dr. Anstett is great. He’s an excellent listener and gave sound advice for my issue. He even took the time to reach back out later to give me another recommendation.
I freaking *love* Dr Brighter. Had my first appointment with her a week ago and she heard me out on all of it. Past doctors either brushed me off or blamed everything on weight. Dr brighter sent an order for X-rays and there WAS a problem. Sigh of relief, honestly. I give 5 stars for her. Reception is hit or miss. You’ll either get someone that’s helpful and has a sense of humor or someone with the personality of a wet napkin. There is no in between. Dr. Brighter is one of the best providers I've had, and all the nursing and office staff I've interacted with have been nice and helpful. Based on the reviews, some people have had negative experiences, but I've had only positive ones. I highly recommend receiving care here.
