Have had several bad experiences at this office. The staff and providers lack professionalism and provide horrible patient care. Their lack of knowledge or unwillingness to provide care is very concerning. Unfortunately they were unable or unwilling to provide care, which led us to seeking care at UPMC. Thankfully we experienced caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable providers at UPMC. I do not recommend this health care provider.

Allison the CRNP is the most judgmental and stigma based practitioner ive ever met in my 40 years of life. She just refused to treat me entirely because I am in recovery. Do not go to this office. She spoke to me as if im nothing and told me specifically because of who my last doctor was and the fact that theyre being investigated that she refuses to treat me altogether. I've been at this practice over 15 years and they're phenomenal. I never have to wait long for a reply to my questions on the portal. Appointments aren't terribly hard hard to get, I can usually be seen within 2 weeks. And if not, they'll attempt to have you seen by another physician, possibly at another location if your needs are more urgent. I currently see Bill and he is absolutely the best provider I've ever had, hands down. Always on time, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and down to earth. My mom see's Andrea and sh... read more
