I scheduled a well child check as a working mother of a teenager. We arrived 5 minutes late, running into the empty office…I was apologizing as we had hit all the red lights, construction and big truck en route. No one at the desk (2 ladies helped me)…so I checked in on the computer. As we took a seat they callled me up to the window to let me know that I was late and they had a 5 minute late policy. I will be pulling my entire family from this place. I'm not going to deal with innocence.... after making an appointment we get a call morning off we can't. No not worth my health my families health to allow people who can't get a basic appointment correct to treat me or my family considering I can't trust them with an appointment let alone my heart condition. I had called in 2 weeks ago to have a form filled out by a doctor that I needed for PenDot. I called the office, and they had told me that they didn’t have any openings for almost 2 months but the paperwork had a 30 day time limit.
