Recently had a generated letter from blue cross stating that my wife would no longer be able to use Rebecca Reck as our PCP. I spoke with Theresa in the office and stopped by that evening to try and make sense of the letter. Lucinda took me back to her desk, got me through to blue cross and she persistently discussed/ tried to make sense of the letter. It turned out to be a mix up in the blue cross system and Dr. Reck is still in our network which is great! Thanks to Lucinda for taking the time to dive into the issue for us.... read more

Canceled my kids appointment because we was 2 minutes over the dumb 5 minute grace period. I drove 30 minutes and got stuck in traffic. Wellspan is the worst we will not be coming back here!!!!
I had my family establish care here with Alison Smith and it did not take long for me to pull our entire family from her care. She dismissed a lot of my concerns at appointments, while simultaneously offering to refer us out for several others… no medical advice, no reassurance… just pretty much wanted to either brush it under the rug or give it to someone else to deal with.
