Doctor Muhammad Rashid called cps on me 3 days postpartum WellSpan “set up” this appt for me the day after I left the hospital   Went to appt was told to undress baby I said no to a rectal temp armpit temp came up as 97.6  by. Mom is now in the ER for her knee following a fall. The home sent her here, not my choice. Been here for 4 hours with no progress. We were just told there is “no movement” so we can not be seen yet.   This facility has no site for feedback so I chose this forum.

Worst hospital experience ever. My 91 year old mom was told to order her own meals by phone, when she wasn't able to the nurse finally ordered for her and (not happily) and waited at length for meals.  She was never bathed in 7 days, she rang the buzzer to use the bathroom and when the nurse came 25 minutes later she had wet the bed. This happened several times. She was told more than once not to give her nurses “attitude”  when she grew frustrated with their lack of response. Got to the E.R. with my 14 year old at 10.20 a.m. as she has significant blood in her stools and pain in her abdomen. Dr. Informed she needs an M.R.I. and we would be taken for that around 3:00 p.m. We are waiting for the MRI for over 4 hours now as when 3:00 p.m. came they then told us she now be taken after 5:00 p.m. Although the "my wellspan" portal is showing an appointment at 2:50 pm for the MRI. I received top notch, timely care during all phases of my ED visit: from registration to nursing, lab & DI services. Kevin Sanders, PA-C is knowledgeable and was thorough in his consideration of my medical problem and treated me with kindness and professionalism. I left feeling much improved. We as a community are lucky to have this local gem with excellent staff.

People are very quick to complain and to criticise care that they feel their was not what they expect. I like to thank people for exceeding expectations and to point this out to their superiors. The carrot works much better than the stick. People need to be told when they do good. Such was the case when I went to Waynesboro Emergency Room 2/23/2024. DO NOT got to Wellspan Emergency room and instead go to UPMC for much better care. After sitting for 6 hours they did little to help me because they were short staffed but charged me $2570 for the visit.

I had a very positive experience with both this office and with Dr. Heck. I was seen almost immediately upon check in and the staff was very pleasant. Dr. Heck was very thorough and professional but also seemed genuine and compassionate. He didn't put me through an unneeded tests but told me that I could come back if and whenever I needed. I appreciated his honesty.
