I have been coming to this office for many years. In my early childhood I did not like my doctors. Just a couple years ago I found my current doctor, Dr Youngwirth, and he is absolutely amazing! Due to a very traumatic past with other doctors, Dr Youngwirth is the only doctor in the world that I trust (for my acupuncture treatments, medical care, and conversation). Phone system completely changed, can't even speak to anyone anymore. What even is automated appt. scheduling over the phone for a practice this small??? In the past, you're able to talk to reception within minutes now you're on hold forever. This is why it's a terrible idea for WellSpan to gobble up all the family practices and turn them into this uninviting/impersonal hell. My personal family doctor is cool tho
Wellspan must have changed their phone systems because I used to get a hold of this office within minutes. As of late I’ve been on hold for up to a half hour at a time.
