The receptionist is super sweet and professional. Dr. Peter Oh needs to work on how he speaks to patients. There is a way to say things to people. And there is a difference between being factual vs. being condescending and offensive.
I have been coming to this office for many years. In my early childhood I did not like my doctors. Just a couple years ago I found my current doctor, and he is amazing! Due to a very traumatic past with other doctors, he is the only doctor in the world that I trust (for acupuncture, medical care, and sensitive discussions). Be aware - they say they take your insurance, they take your co-pay and then bill you. I called to ask if they would take my insurance, they had to check and call me back. They called back and confirmed. I paid my co-pay when I showed up, nobody mentioned anything. 4 appointments later in different offices and then an office mouse says - "we don't take your insurance".
