I will shout it from the rooftop, Dr. Johnson has drastically helped me improve the quality of my life by listening to my concerns and validating them. Since starting a GLP-1 under her care I feel better than I have in 20 years. The PA here, Robyn, was dismissive towards me in the year prior to seeing Dr. Johnson. I insisted on changing providers and it was the best decision I ever made. It's entirely up to you to advocate for the care you need.
Uncaring staff. Without even checking to see if the Dr. Can still see you they'll just dismiss you without a care for how long you've been waiting for the appt. I was 11 minutes late because I was in pain and it took me longer than normal to get dressed and out the door. Also... I usually wait 10-15 minutes before the Dr. gets to me usually so what was the point other than to be careless and rigid. Not a good look for a place of care and medicine. I was able to get a solution to my problem after going to multiple doctors over the span if a year and a half. TFJ🙏 I'm so grateful Hilda C Raisch, CRNP listened to my concerns and addressed them all. What a blessing.
