I went to this WellSpan location as a first time patient for an annual wellness check up. Dr Andrew was very kind and helpful. But no preventative codes were sent with claim to insurance resulting in a $667 dollar Bill. I called multiple times with my insurance on conference call and have reference numbers as proof. My insurance says they do cover the preventative blood panels and the visit but the “Claim” has to recoded not just resequenced. Doctors are beyond rude here especially doctor Matthew.

Honestly, it's a hit and miss with some of these doctors. It's really sad that I have to see multiple doctor's to get the care I need, I thought by this being close to home I would find a good doctor but I can't, I rather commute back to John Hopkins Bayview, I cannot continue coming to this medical office *family medical doctors* is my only issue. Registering in their lobby means dealing with staffers knee-deep in mind-numbing bureaucracy where the patient is treated as nothing more than a nuisance. In other words the usual WellSpan experience. The two-star, rather than one-star rating is because the restroom was clean.
