Called in at 10:55 am for my 11am allergy shot appointment to advise I would be running late. I was told it is okay they will still be able to see you when you get there. I arrive and am told we can’t see you because we have to go on break…. I called into Chambersburg and spoke with supervisor / coordinator. Apparently they were supposed to see me as it was before 11:30am when I arrived, but oh well. I will be taking my health needs to another allergist in Maryland. It's complete B.S that we'll span makes you reschedule after being 9 mins late. I can see maybe 15 mins, but 9 who came up with 9 mins. What did they do draw a number out of a hat?
Dr. Davidson and his staff were wonderful, from the beginning. I had to have surgery and they were so knowledgeable. Dr. Davidson explained each step of the process and made me feel comfortable about the procedure. Definitely deserve the 5 stars!!!
We have never been to this location before; needed to schedule a follow up from surgery and our other providers did not have any openings. We were on time, they were on time for the appointment. Staff were pleasant, no concerns noted. Nice new large open building. I am curious not for the office but WellSpan in general; e-e-check-in on the app prompts one to answer everything and you are again required to check in upon arrival regardless of the WellSpan office - perhaps e-check-in is not so useful but redundant.
