I was admitted to hospital for MRSA in my nose and face. Called to schedule an appointment, which was an emergency referral from the VA and my family doctor....couldn't see me for 2 weeks at minimum after Doctor assessed paperwork (never saw my actual face). I lost cartilage in my nose. This is the worst Healthcare service I have ever received 😑

I contacted this practice to schedule an appointment for my 94-year-old father. I was told that they did not accept his type of insurance, which is United Healthcare. I said we could pay cash for his services. However, they said they would not accept him as a patient because he had insurance. I clarified and said "so if he had no insurance but was willing to pay cash you would accept him as a patient" and the employee said "yes". How does this make any sense? What a way to do business Wellspan!
