All the staff involved with my heart cath were absolutely amazing. Did whatever they could to make me comfortable and calm. Very knowledgeable staff knew their jobs very well and performed their jobs flawlessly. Highly recommend.
Had a referral sent to this office beginning of January. They called me to schedule about 3 weeks later and I missed the call. Called back not even 30 minutes later and it rang and rang then went to voicemail. I proceeded to call this office about two dozen more times over the span of a week and the phone was not answered even once. Every single time would just ring and go to voicemail. The doctors at the practice are pretty good, however the front desk staff at North Pointe could use some classes on personal and professional ethics. It really doesn't take much effort to show some geniune kindess towards people.
My visit was a result of a hospital stay.
