My friend made an acute visit appointment then got lost going to it and was turned away because she was 5 minutes late.

I arrived early. I even e--checked in online to save time. The receptionist confirmed my appointment. I then waited 50 minutes before being told I would not be seen. I was given no explanation. Truly, I was treated almost like an annoyance just for being there. I don't know if they overbooked or were running late but their unprofessionalism was wrong.
