I arrived early. I even e--checked in online to save time. The receptionist confirmed my appointment. I then waited 50 minutes before being told I would not be seen. I was given no explanation. Truly, I was treated almost like an annoyance just for being there. I don't know if they overbooked or were running late but their unprofessionalism was wrong. I was lied to by a receptionist there. Told it would be no problem for my 10 year son to take my daughters appointment due to insurance issues. Come the day of the appointment today they tell me this isn't possible. Feels like a grab for money because they want to bill me 200 to 400 on sep 3rd when we will no longer have the health insurance. They supposedly had my son on a wait list to try to fit him in sooner but over a week later nothing came of that. They clearly don't care about patient and only their bottom dollar. Who... read more
