Scheduled a dental appointment for my son, but when we arrived, they said there was no appointment in their system. They didn’t even try to figure out how to fix it. I was asked if I wanted to ‘reschedule’—I just wanted to leave and move to another clinic. Definitely not going back.
My kids checked by cardiologist and give them notice that murmur is gone and we didn’t need to visit doctor again . They lose the notice in 2021 but did treatment for 4 years. Every year after I fill out the paper (every year form) that she doesn’t have any murmur. But today in 2025 they rejected treatment because they need that paper . Don’t take your baby here, my daughter’s pediatrician was Dr Jackson, and let me tell you, she doesn’t try or care for any of your concerns, any concerns i had with my daughter or asked for otc rx she doesn’t want to send any rx out, like if we want the medicines? She gave my 7month daughter an Inhaler, an INHALER how do you tell a 7month baby how to inhale the medicine? i had to go to the ER for them to help me out & listen to my concerns and thank god they eased my babies pain with an nebulizer. For 6 years they've done an excellent job caring for my sons dental health. Often giving after care instructions to the boys on how to maintain their healthy smiles.
Great clinic! We’re been patients here for 7 years and I had only positive experience. The staff are very friendly and supportive. The front desk staff are always nice and helpful. Highly recommend this place.
