I made appointments for both of my children with Gina Games two months ago on different dates and times. Both appointments were canceled. Although they rescheduled them, I now have to wait another two months to be seen. This has been very frustrating and inconvenient, especially after already waiting so long.
I have valued the work this organization does for the community, but my experience with staff member Marie Gamez was very disappointing. In my interactions, her communication comes across as dismissive and unwelcoming to people of less fortune. When people come to this organization, they are often in need of support and basic kindness. My experience did not reflect that standard. I hope management takes client service seriously and reviews how clients are treated, because the community deserves professionalism and respect.
Everyone seemed very rude today and so rude !! Dr Golden was the rudest Doctor I’ve ever seen in my life!!
