I have valued the work this organization does for the community, but my experience with staff member Marie Gamez was very disappointing. In my interactions, her communication comes across as dismissive and unwelcoming to people of less fortune. When people come to this organization, they are often in need of support and basic kindness. My experience did not reflect that standard. I hope management takes client service seriously and reviews how clients are treated, because the community deserves professionalism and respect.
Everyone seemed very rude today and so rude !! Dr Golden was the rudest Doctor I’ve ever seen in my life!!

Scheduled a dental appointment for my son, but when we arrived, they said there was no appointment in their system. They didn’t even try to figure out how to fix it. I was asked if I wanted to ‘reschedule’—I just wanted to leave and move to another clinic. Definitely not going back.
