No actual doctors in office, just student doctors. And they take forever to send rxs over for refill. I really will we had a real doctor here.
DO NOT COME HERE. Everything about this office is a mess. From having to call Sacramento for an appointment, to when you DO get an appointment it gets cancelled and transferred to a televisit at the same copay and billing as a regular appointment. My wife has been trying to get in to see Dr. Hall for a problem that needs to be seen in person for since December and still nothing. This is something that can't be done over the phone (tests, etc). I have had an exceptional experience with the Dr’s I have seen especially Dr. Hall who has been an amazing advocate for me throughout my health journey with spinal issues. Also can’t give enough praise to the receptionist Tiffany who has literally been there for me every instance I needed. For those having issues with medications it’s often not the Drs that are causing your medications to be withheld, or delayed, it’s your insurances, and the pharmacies.
