One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a medical facility. I arrived 10 minutes early for my first appointment to fill out paperwork and was handed four full packets. I wasn’t able to finish them before being called back, so I had to carry them around the entire visit. Bad place to visit, the ladies in the front desk are very disrespectful, I don't know how is in charge here, but he should check how they treat with people in here , Over all bad experience in here,

My visit was on March 03/25 the tow ladies was very rude , bad experience in here, smell very bad, I just left this place and never come back here

HEY WELLSPACE YOUR CALL CENTER IS GARBAGE. So far, I've been on hold for over an hour today, and nothing. Keep being told by the machine that I'm the next caller in line, but apparently that's just a blatant lie. I don't care if I'm actually calling a call center, this is just stupid.
