-Writing review for a family member. - Had scheduled a new patient appointment more than (1) month ago. Conveniently today, received a call from the office that the "doctor had to leave early Friday" and as this was an afternoon appointment, I was placed on the cancellation list. Also note, this is the Friday BEFORE Memorial Day, so I am sure it isn't an emergent/urgent situation for the reschedule and it's for provider R&R and his poor planning. Dr. Alred and the whole staff are super sweet and made my experience much more pleasant than it could’ve been. I will definitely be keeping my annual visits with him and any needed in between.
