Don't waist your time ever since they switch to laurel health they have done nothing but go down hill my kids have went there since my oldest was born 7 years ago. Dr clark was amazing but now it's nothing but a headache they will cancel apoinment with no notice then call to reschedule them a week later. You will go to your appointment and be told to call for med if it doesn't get better then when you call days later they want another appointment.
Our kids deserve better. After going to the office for the first time and being treated like the receptionist was personally offended and attacking us for even coming in, there’s no way I would trust these people with the care of my plants let alone my children. The website says the staff is compassionate and treats the patients like family but we didn’t even get the paperwork filled out before I had to finally speak up and ask what we did to be treated so badly and if we should leave because we obviously weren’t welcome the... read more
