If I owned this tyre shop, I would start with firing their manager. The shop closes at 5.30, I came at 16.55 with a puncture that took 12 minutes for kwik fit to fix and their reply: was we cannot do it, it’s too late. What do you mean it’s too late? You have half an hour paid time to do it? Don’t keep it open until 5.30 if you want to stop working at 5. I would give them minus stars if possible. The owner should reconsider his staff.
A local well established business with friendly and helpful staff. Could not find any faults with their customer service and price for tyres and wheel alignment was better than expected. A big thankyou to the team.
Got my car’s wheel alignment done here, but when I collected the car the issue was not fixed. I went back and was told there was a mechanical problem with my car, which is why the alignment couldn’t be corrected.I then took the car to a mechanic who checked everything and confirmed the car was mechanically perfect. After that, I took it to a different tyre shop, who kept the car for around two hours and completed the alignment properly. A new battery, fitted within 10 minutes £95. Halfords' cheapest battery around £140 PLUS £50 for fitting!! It's a no-brainer. Very pleased and thank you Wells.
