Service was fine. They did the job at a much lower rate than expected. Techs were friendly. Neglected to mention anything at all about us, as the homeowners, needing to schedule the final inspection with the Borrough. Only found this out when we received a violation letter in the mail. Response I received from Wells and Sons? "Well, everybody knows that." Thanks. A. Lot.
I actually got a person on the phone to consult about my furnace as I was worried about the smell. Even though it was a Sunday morning, they answered the phone and was very helpful and reassuring. In the future I will use this company and you should consider it too.
