I've never had a problem with this company till this order. I usually walk in order and pay at that time. I ran out of propane unexpectedly, called and ordered. Being out of town I explained I would come in and pay after payday. However the office manager talked to me like I never paid a bill on time. I have my account set up where I call when I need service to avoid "keep fill" bills. The office manager told me I was COD only per my own set up. That's not it at all. Customer service was great, fast, and helpful
We are new to the area and we ran out of propane. The gal on the phone was very kind and helpful. The gentleman who delivered was also kind and helpful. He helped answer my questions and didn't make me feel bad for not knowing. It was quick and our lives can go on now. Thanks y'all!
This business should be shutdown!!!! Aside from the fact that the employees are incredibly rude, they clearly ignore safety concerns!!!! When a 300+ gallon propane tank is filled and empty less than 1 month later (especially since we have been out of town for half of that time), you would think that the company supplying your propane would be interested in the possibility that the tank may have a leak and should be inspected.
