I have used Wells Printing since 1994. From layout to printing to customer service, they are alone at the top.
Worked with Porsha and Kevin who were super helpful and responsive. The signage to help lead me to the front door for pick-up was very helpful, but I wish there was a little bit more of it. Overall my team is really pleased with the shirts we got and we really liked the art for the mascot. Just another small suggestion would be maybe have a little bit more information about the fit for the types of shirts on the order form. In some shirts I am a large, and in others I am a medium. I had a pretty unprofessional and very subpar experience working with Wells trying to acquire team T-shirts on behalf of the Maxwell Air Force Base "Squadron Officer School" Program. Wells was recommended to my team as a local company familiar with our program and as a result we chose to give them our business. I have two big complaints with Wells: - Order Accuracy and Speed.
