Wells Pool and Spas were super helpful. We had a few different issues but they kept coming out, all the way to Bindoon, to sort everything out. Very friendly, explained exactly what was wrong and kept in touch through out. They were brilliant. 🤩

I am extremely disappointed with this pool service. I booked the cleaning **12 days in advance**, but they never showed up, nor did they even bother to notify us that they wouldn’t be coming. What’s worse, there has been **no communication** since – complete radio silence. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. A reliable business should at least inform customers of changes or delays. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone looking for dependable pool care.
