I am deeply disappointed with the abysmal experience I had with Wells RX Pharmacy. Their customer service was shockingly poor, demonstrating a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. The staff's incompetence was glaringly evident as they consistently mishandled my prescriptions, leading to frustrating delays that adversely affected my health and well-being. Even giving this pharmacy a rating of one star is generous. Over the past 5 years, I have been giving them chance after chance to improve their prescription turn around time and customer service, and they continue to flunk the test every single time. The most recent prescriptions I sent were over THREE WEEKS ago, and I just now received an e-mail notification that they had a question about one of the prescriptions.
