They were thorough in helping me prepare for my procedure with checklists and videos I could watch, even recommended books to read. Dr Wells was amazing during and after the procedure making sure I was well informed and comfortable the entire time. They encouraged me to stay in touch and gave me things I can do to keep progressing after my procedure. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. Have already recommended the procedure/Dr. Wells to many friends and family.
I recommend people go to Dr. Wells strictly. I feel you get way more than other clinics, you get top tier bedside manner and it’s affordable treatment compared to others. Dr. Wells and her staff are amazing. They actively listen, openly share information, and follow up when necessary. Additionally, Dr. Wells spends the time to listen to you as a patient. It’s clear she wants to get to know each person, spend as much time as needed, ensure each patient is properly cared for. I wanted to take a moment and recognize this 1-1 personalized care. Dr. Wells and her staff do take the time to really care for you from a good hearted and honest place.
I have had an amazing experience so far at dr. Wells clinic. I came to treatment for postpartum depression and a mood disorder. After the first session I actually had a major breakthrough, one I’ve never had, even with years of therapy!! It was a lot to take in but also extremely enlightening and helpful. Dr Wells is so kind and I feel like she truly wants to help me. The staff is very professional and I look forward to my visits. This is a wonderful safe space to work through some hard things. I would highly recommend Dr Wells office to anyone that has tried everything else. I wish I had done this years ago.. this treatment is very beneficial in so many ways.
