Dr Wells is truly an exceptional doctor. I can’t say enough about how caring, compassionate, and professional she is. I actually feel heard and understood. The clinical part of her practice has been immensely helpful and her suggestions have provided me with valuable insight and solid resources. I also want to include her staff in this review as well; they have been incredibly helpful and very patient.
I can’t say enough good things about Wells Medicine. I came in struggling with mental health issues related to childhood PTSD, not realizing how much migraines were also affecting my daily life. Dr. Wells is a wonderful listener and truly cares about her patients she took the time to really understand my history and what I was going through. Absolutely life changing! Dr Wells is so incredibly kind and thorough, I feel 100% heard and understood. The two kind souls I’ve interacted with at the front desk are also so sweet. I’ve found that three months between appointments is my sweet spot. It prevents me from having a depressive episode. Dr. Wells and her staff are amazing. They actively listen, openly share information, and follow up when necessary. Additionally, Dr. Wells spends the time to listen to you as a patient. It’s clear she wants to get to know each person, spend as much time as needed, ensure each patient is properly cared for. I wanted to take a moment and recognize this 1-1 personalized care. Dr. Wells and her staff do take the time to really care for you from a good hearted and honest place.
They were thorough in helping me prepare for my procedure with checklists and videos I could watch, even recommended books to read. Dr Wells was amazing during and after the procedure making sure I was well informed and comfortable the entire time. They encouraged me to stay in touch and gave me things I can do to keep progressing after my procedure. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. Have already recommended the procedure/Dr. Wells to many friends and family.
