I prepaid in full for a massage here and unfortunately had a very uncomfortable experience. They called the morning of my appointment and asked me to come an hour later, which I agreed to. After arriving, I was repeatedly left waiting in the room. The therapist came in and out several times, and at one point the door was left wide open while I was undressed under the sheet. People were walking back and forth in the hallway and even speaking into the room while the massage was happening, which completely compromised my privac... read more
