I recently asked for a quote for my boat insurance from another insurance company. They did come back with a lower cost than what I am currently paying to Travelers. WE are insured with Wells and have received absolutely horrible service. I called prior to the Hurricane on September 7 at 3PM and spoke to one of their agents to up my coverage to reflect the upgrades I made to our boat. I was told by the agent that the coverage would be put in place because of the limited nature of my request. He said if there was a need for substantiation that he would call me and let me know.
