I hired and paid for their service. After a couple of weeks communication stopped and I felt as if I got scammed. Be careful hiring this company. Their address is a virtual address and she doesn't return call.
The initial estate plan work was great and they were very helpful and made it so easy (5 stars, if the story ended there). I needed to make a change late last year (2023) which they started working on but then completely stopped responding. I'm unclear if they are even still practicing law. If they were no longer practicing or just didn't have time to work with me, some communication about that would have been nice. At this point, I'm cutting my losses and seeking a new lawyer.
