Unfortunately, my experience with the warranty process has been extremely disappointing. My home in Jacksonville, FL has multiple cracked tiles stretching from one side of the house to the middle. Even though I reported the issue while still under warranty, the builder has refused to replace the tiles, claiming the same model is no longer available. This place is fun, this neighborhood is nice because me and my homeboys can chill here, the neighborhood is connected to ringhaver park, and we come here because of the surreal views this hood gives. Definitely will be purchasing a home here.
