Unfortunately, my experience with the warranty process has been extremely disappointing. My home in Jacksonville, FL has multiple cracked tiles stretching from one side of the house to the middle. Even though I reported the issue while still under warranty, the builder has refused to replace the tiles, claiming the same model is no longer available.
